SafeTCard Case Study

Jump 2 IT Media have been improving the online presence of the SafeTCard website since 2013.

SafeTCardThe Challenge:

We were contacted by Australian based company SafeTCard on the back of another client that sold it’s products in the AU via Our UK client was so pleased with their SEO presence on Google that they were only too happy to pass on our details to their Australian colleagues back in 2013, and so Jump 2 IT Media began work to improve the organic visibility of the SafeTCard website within the Australian search results.

The Solution:

Due to our experience in worldwide SEO, tackling the Australian search engines wasn’t a problem for our SEO experts. Initially, we were required to tweak one or two areas within SafeTCard’s Search Console account – previously known as Webmaster Tools – in order to inform Google that the website wanted to focus on Google’s Australian search engine, as this hadn’t been set to any specific country.

Once this was done, we set about producing the initial SEO report for the company in order to discover the optimisation improvements that we required. This highlighted numerous issues, such as a lack of H1 tags, poor keyword density levels and limited internal linking, so these issues were quickly addressed. We also set about gaining additional high quality, industry-relevant links into the website to help boost it’s online authority levels, which is something that we have focused on ever since.

The Result:

Since the optimisation campaign began, SafeTCard’s online performance has received continuous progress, with the site regularly breaking the record for the highest number of visits gained during a specific quarter.

In January-March 2016 the site had received a total visitor increase of 344% when compared against the same quarter in 2013. This has been achieved thanks to the SafeTCard website featuring in 1st position within Google’s organic rankings in Australia for a vast number of targeted keyword searches, including ‘Lone Worker Systems’, ‘Lone Worker Alarms’ and ‘Lone Worker Security’.
