Google’s Danny Sullivan has confirmed that their latest core search algorithm update, which began to roll out on August 1st, has now been completed, and it has already led to us noticing a number of organic fluctuations taking place.
Despite this, Google ha advised that webmasters do not need to make any major technical changes to their sites, as “no fix” is required. Instead, the algorithm update is focused on promoting websites that have previously been undervalued and, as always, the search engine giants have highlighted that there is always the need for webmasters to focus on making their sites better and provide an improved quality of content and experience to its users.
So, now that the search algorithm update has been rolled out, it will be interesting to see the impact that it has both in the short and long term.
