Google was founded by Larry Page and Sergey Brin in 1998 and has since gone on to dominate the search engine market, where it now holds around 80% in some countries worldwide.
Any SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) expert knows that the key to online success is to improve a websites natural position on Google. However, increasing performance on Google is much tougher than on sites such as Yahoo and MSN. Part of the reason for this is the Google PageRank, which measures your websites level of importance.
